The Challenge

The client contacted Andava Digital to work on its holistic online marketing approach to increase the visibility of their online store and sell more nuts and nut butters online and on Amazon.com as the market was going back to offline post pandemic.

More specific challenges were:

  • Compared to 2020 and 2021, 2022 had a significant drop in organic traffic and the business was struggling to maintain a consistent traffic flow.
  • Their product pages were ranking relatively well in Google Search results but their product collection pages were barely ranking and were getting almost no traffic.
  • They had a couple of blog articles on the website which weren’t bringing any traffic to the website.
  • Besides the links in the header, footer, and product list of the website, there weren’t any links connecting pages to each other. As a result, some pages were only accessible to the customers only from indexed links from Google search results.
  • Their email campaigns were bringing decent sales. However, compared to the amount of campaigns sent and the audience volume, it had a high growth potential.
